Your satisfaction is assured. Any carving may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No refunds of shipping and handling expense will be made. Shipping expense must be paid by the purchaser. The purchaser must insure the return shipment. No refund will be allowed on returns that are damaged or broken.
